monotonic_ms Function

public function monotonic_ms() result(t)

Milliseconds from an unspecified origin, or PIC_CLOCK_NO_CLOCK.

system_clock is called with integer(int64) arguments, which on every supported compiler selects a finer tick than the default integer kind does – often nanoseconds, where the default kind is only milliseconds or worse.
