fill_kd_kshear Subroutine

public subroutine fill_kd_kshear(state_handle, buf)

Kappa-shear interface diffusivity (m^2/s). Buffer is layer-shaped (nx, ny, nz); we emit the value at the BOTTOM interface of each layer (kd_int(:, :, k) convention), losing only the identically-zero surface interface.
